No, he’s right. It could be an effective weapon. Look what Hulk Hogan did to gawker. Many of these major media outlets have lost cases when they were caught lying. If some of these big talking conservatives with money decide to start funding a spray of litigation every time these guys caused damage by their lying, we can bankrupt them in three years. Or they’d have to stop doing it. It absolutely can work but conservatives never have a plan, or guts, or a common sense. This is exactly what liberals would do, and I noticed that they are winning.
