Not if it’s isolated and sparse. No. You’re right. If it’s coordinated and purposeful yes it can. The media cunts do lose cases when they are tried.

There are a lot of conservatives who are very wealthy sitting on the sidelines. If they ever decided to get involved and help file suits when appropriate, we can keep these fuckers busy for years.

I’m not talking about frivolous stuff, I’m talking about legitimate damage is done by their lies. They’ve lost a number of high profile cases over the last decade and I’m puzzled as to why Moore aren’t brought more often. Sure, cost is a problem. If we solve that problem we should at least try to make them pay for every single fucking lie they tell. Even for as wealthy as CNN is, they don’t have limitless funds. Larger companies than them have been sued out of existence.

Right now the NYT is being compelled by the court to admit its lies against Project Veritas, it's kind of a big deal as far as this shit goes.
