Many of these major media outlets have lost cases when they were caught lying. If some of these big talking conservatives with money decide to start funding a spray of litigation every time these guys caused damage by their lying, we can bankrupt them in three years. Or they’d have to stop doing it. It absolutely can work but conservatives never have a plan, or guts, or a common sense. This is exactly what liberals would do, and I noticed that they are winning.

They’ve lost a number of high profile cases over the last decade and I’m puzzled as to why Moore aren’t brought more often. Sure, cost is a problem. Right now the NYT is being compelled by the court to admit its lies against Project Veritas, it's kind of a big deal as far as this shit goes.
