No. It's very much NOT propaganda if it's true. I'm unaware of Goebbels saying anything like that at all. jews push propaganda, what they push is false, is lies, is wrong etc.

Thank you. I guess him and I disagree on what propaganda entails. I ONLY view propaganda as a lie, as detrimental. I don't see being truthful and honest for the benefit of your own to be propaganda.
Dr. Goebbels diaries were published in 1948. Do a Google search for “Goebbels principles of propaganda”.
None of this will make very much sense to you unless you are familiar with the work of Edward Bernays.
