Some good republican should troll the Democrats by proposing an amendment to rule all neighborhoods that are primarily one race or ethnic group as "racist" and make government grants available for cities to remedy the racism. For example, demolishing shitty houses and low income housing in neighborhoods that are "too black" so they can build some more expensive nice houses to attract white people and balance out the racial mix.
