Well I think they are calling it 400kusd income as "rich". This is a joke ofcourse because at the current inflation rates this will reach us all in only a few years. Gives me an idea of how much time I have to get out is all. Remember the 1% income tax was only for the rich in 1911-ish. ONLY FOR THE RICH. Ha ha. We tax homeless bums on their tips now (literally it is income).
