The very idea of banning natural gas is actual PROOF that liberals aren't concerned about climate change at all. Heating your home with electricity, even in a "green" state like California, emits 3 times as much carbon as using natural gas. It also costs up to 15 times more. Yes, 15 times. They want to make it so expensive to heat your home that more people have to rely on the liberal government just for basic heat. Bonus for them that they're gonna tax white people to pay for it.
Once those people are dependent they're not going to vote for some conservative who is trying to "take away their government heat."
