"Affected" the outcome. That's a good one. Trump won the election by a country mile. The Deep State had everything in place to steal the election automatically from Trump, by rigging the voting machines, *but it wasn't enough!* Trump won by such a huge margin, they had to switch to "Plan B" and stop the vote counting in five states while their minions printed more phony ballets and then double, triple, and quadruple-counted them. There wasn't just some corruption in the election -- the entire election process was rigged from top to bottom. The Deep State and their friends had four years to figure out how to do it. And they succeeded, but only because the Supreme Court was also corrupted and wouldn't look at the evidence.
