I've been trying to pay attention to why the rich leftists /marxists want high tax and why do corporations want higher tax? Because when President Trump lowered tax and encouraged 'made in America' thru policies, the middle class wages rose in competitive companies. The Xiden (Obama-style) higher tax can be passed to the people in higher product costs and lower wages. Corporations need excuses to go into poor countries for their labor force where they can pay lower than the US minimum wage to stay in business. Big companies put competitors out of business with supporting the US minimum wage.
