Edit: Claim is old. At least a year plus. At least one article makes claims that two of the officers listed were deeply connected to the case, but I can’t find much primary sources linking all these officers to the laptop. It’s been over a year though. A lot of this could have been purged and I haven’t done a very exhaustive check. Really, just a cursory one. The officers do all seem to be connected in one way or another, but they’re all NYPD, so that isn’t super alarming either.
