There is a point there about the CIA intentionally destabilizing Central and South America to produce these circumstances, but any proposed solution that doesn't involve ending the CIA is no solution at all.
Ah, that's another rabbit hole. The CIA basically only is used to blackmail countries by destabilizing them and replacing the government with one suitable to Israel. I'm going to stretch your solution further by saying we need to disband the federal reserve and the 1913 act, repeal Nixon getting us off the gold standard, bring back the glass-steagall act and start a national bank with gold back currency.
