It is absolutely clear that Harris was intended to be president. Anyone who suggested Biden was brain dead in the primaries knows that. They wanted Harris back then and when she couldn't get traction, despite all the media efforts, they pulled her out and put her on reserve for the VP spot knowing that Biden wouldn't last a year.
They will do something horrendous and have Biden fall on his sword, taking the blame. His resignation will be the agreed settlement to avoid prosecution (which was never actually going to happen) and Harris will be the one who takes over.
He's been talking about how bad things will be for a months and these idiots cheer it on.
