Convert the Covid vaccine into Vaccine as a service, and it makes perfect sense. Dont get the vaccine and you die, because the way the vaccine will work, it will permanently kill you or maim you, requiring a new vaccine or drug to fix you. Then import a bunch of immigrants with diseases we aren't vaccinated against as "proof" more vaccines are required. Rinse and repeat, until 90% of the population is dead
