If we still had a constitutional republic and the law profession hadn’t gummed up the works there would be recourse against these super criminals. Unfortunately the legislators are a bunch of criminal lawyers selected by the swamp. Unless we can tighten up our election process the fraud will keep these constitutional haters in power. The one thing that qualified immunity is supposed to never cover is a deliberate abrogation of someone's civil rights under color of authority. So QI shouldn't even factor into this. It's literally going outside his job description to spy on Americans for electioneering purposes. Appeal to a higher and less jewed (hopefully) court.
