To be fair, it only says "women" without giving ages. Some more context would help.

I know a guy who was drunk out of his mind one evening, and he needed to take a piss. So he pissed on the side of Main Street in the middle of a parade. He almost got charged as a sex offender, but the judge figured out what happened.
