I'm guessing he's talking about schindler's list. It was directed by (((Spielberg)))) (pic8.co). The girl in that picture died from a bowl obstructions that was likely cause by being raped anally. We know things like the opening scene of schindler's list when the commander was sniping prisoners is not possible because of the location of the house.
