Yeah, all the "good guy" older people trying to give us younger white guys advice about getting a job without understanding what you just said don't seem to understand that we know what we need to do, and want to do it, but can't. They seem to think that, because all the things we're dealing with now, were being talked about when they were our age, that they were able to "overcome" it, so why can't we. Well...because unlike 20-30 years ago...the people talking about "whiteness" aren't just talking about it...they're implementing it, resulting in what you just said. I'm sorry, but the 40-50 year olds who complain about Boomers just not getting it are acting pretty Boomer-ish themselves.
