Well, they think they can balance/manage the situation.
It is very unlucky for them that we have the internet and have a pretty good record of what they have been up to in recent history. like the holodomor, gulags, Napoleon, ww1, ww2, nat soc; there is a history of them being allowed to live, and every time it ends in destruction for the host. I guess we will see.
