This is how Hitler became known as right wing. According to European metrics, anyone right of communism is right wing.

Europeans honestly believe human rights is far right ideology. As in, right to free speech, right to not be murdered by fellow citizen or government. These are extremist views to them. This is why they are central to the US' Bill of Rights.

For example, in Belgium, if a criminal comes into your house with a gun and you club him, you have commited a crime. Apparently, Belgium does NOT recognize the right of self defense or the use of deadly force against someone holding a gun against you.

There really are parties that advocate seizing the factories and putting them in the hands of workers to manage. Social democrats in Europe like Sanders are centrist. But here in the "land of the free" there isn't even major media outlet that advocates such opinions.
