I think the movements of counties to different states will happen, it is just common sense. I also think that we should have a parralel society. The muslims and jews do it everywhere they go, we need to start doing it. I would like to see proportional voting at city/county/state level as well; but that would kick out incumbents and that is who would need to propose that solution.
