This bill would close the loophole that allows some gun sales to go through before the background check is fully completed.
WHAT LOOP HOLE?
The feds have 3 business days to figure out if you can own a gun or not. No word after 3 days the FFL can give you the gun. The point is to stop the feds from taking infinite time to decide.
