I was saying that we, or the chinese, can protest, but it won't do anything positive, and will likely end up being negative towards whatever cause is being fought for.

Look at charlottesville, they still talk about the white supremacy violence there. That image of tiki torches is burned into every tv watchers eyes now. It was a protest, it was peaceful, agitators showed up, there was a little isolated violence but nothing (or very little) natsoc or ethnonat. It was basically liberty minded people getting attacked by communists at a legal protest. The media, government, and police were controlled by the communists, and so the protest did not go well for americans.
