Me, I think it's about damn time we stopped being the policemen of the world. Our kids die for too many of these hopeless causes. The talking heads try to scare us with talk of terrorists behind every tree and all the innocent people who will die because we didn't protect them from the big bad wolf, but to me, this is exactly why Trump was elected. To put America first and stopping wasting our treasure and the young lives of our men and women fighting the world's battles. We can support these places with weapons, even cash, but let them fight their own battles. NATO, too ... why the hell are we defending Europe against Russia. Europe's a big boy ... and I helped win the cold war eons ago!
