Gray is weak in accomplishments as a state rep, and a degree from Wharton instantly makes who his concern is for clear.

OTOH, Anthony Bouchard, the state senator responsible for the passage of several firearm rights bills is clearly more inline with the concerns of the average citizen. Being seen at a mask-burning event at the state capitol highlights this as well.

Edit: Also notice that Senator Bouchard has introduced legislation against forced ‘vaccines’. https://wyoleg.gov/Legislators/2020/S/2030
