Wrong. (((Courts))) will only use it against White Christian Straight genetic males.

It will be selectively enforced. And SCOTUS will take 3 years or more to remind Colorado about free speech regarding Science Research on Negro IQs being free speech.

This is all about suppressing science facts on Black IQ and suppressing hate thought statistics on Black Crime.
