Can we take a step back from this for a second?
Does anyone really believe this sh**? Does anyone really believe that this ephemeral, non-specific threat by an unspecified and anomalous group is any more real than the last ephemeral, non-specific threat by an unspecified, and anomalous group?
It is a safe bet, a guaranteed bet, that nothing at all is going to happen today. I doubt anyone in Congress other than AOC believes there is a militant attack just waiting for the opportunity to invade the Capitol. I doubt that the Capitol Police, who sorta missed some warning signs around January 6, is in the position to gather deep intel on secretive groups involved in a criminal conspiracy. I doubt that the FBI has gathered any such intel because they apparently are not allowed to monitor public social media messages for hints of criminal activity
