No. He's more likely their selected sacrificial scapegoat. They are counting on his destruction to absolve all leftest sins (in the eyes of the voters).

I don't think they'll need to oust Biden with anything like the current Cuomo mess. He'll just step aside due to deteriorating health.
Yep. They know Biden is short-term. Democrat leadership's real problem is how to ice Harris. If they do it after Biden steps down it will look too planned - doing it before may be their only choice. My money's on "plane crash", one of their favorites with "Covid-19 complications" a possible second choice.
They won't push Harris out right away. They need to trumpet (pun intended) the first black female president and milk it for all it's worth before they do that. They'd also need to line up a VP for her that would also check enough diversity boxes.
