As always, if blacks are punished more, it is a direct result of white racism. Nobody ever asks, "Are they violating the rules more?", because that might lead to some answers that are heretical in the new faith of Progressivism. I used to work in education, and knew many people who were teachers long after I left the industry. Boy, was that experience a wake up call. Are blacks underperforming? It must be racism, lower the standards. Are blacks given more detention/suspension/expulsion for anything from minor insubordination to drugs and violence? It must be racism, hire outside consultation from critical race theory activist organizations to solve the problem. Upon the advice of these "consultants", inevitably black students are given special treatment in discipline, and black faculty are given special treatment in employment... which, as any sane person saw coming, always leads to lower school performance and even worse violence against students and faculty. White and Asian faculty and students are leaving the school district, and then the neighborhood? It must be racism, stop oppressing blacks with White Flight. I've seen this cycle destroy more children, schools, and neighborhoods than I care to remember. It all could be stopped if the "adults" in charge would simply respond with the obvious fact, shown in both the data and our everyday experience - "Yes, the black boys are punished more because they violate the rules more, and because we are fair. If you want different results, go talk to their parents." This shit always boils my blood to the point where I have to rant. We are destroying our education system and giving horrible childhood experiences to countless kids, just because simple facts are politically incorrect.
