How much of that money will actually trickle down to Texans who need it? Will it only go to organizations that will eat it up in administrative costs while virtue signaling how they are "helping" Texans in need? Will any of that money go into AOC's coffers or get funneled to her cronies in undisclosed dealings? Also, raising money by having other Americans donate that money is not help from a politician. The politician did nothing to help unless they donated that money themselves or got corporate or government money instead of regular people's money. This is just more government PR theater. Houston should eat her alive for preying on their suffering for a few media kudos.
