I've been noticing that as well. They plant information that is false that people then to think true for an agenda.
For example, I wouldn't be surprised if ted bundy was all fake but they try to normalize that "good looking, well spoken people" can be serial killers when in reality, maybe it's actually just those fucking creepy looking demonic types but they don't want to draw to much attention to that and make it seem like it can be even those "normal" people.
Like... Look at pedophiles for example, often times, they look JUST how you'd expect them to look... They don't want to make it easy for people to be able to see the evil in this world just based on look so they try to program people.
Just a theory because I remember coming across something to do with serial killers and a lot of them are actually psy ops to perpetually keep people in fear.
