“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

We are so far past that point now. I don't think there is turning back. Look at the biggest budget items Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare. Where is that in the Constitution? General welfare; give me a break.

Missouri is close to nullifying federal gun control within its borders. On Tuesday, the Missouri House overwhelmingly passed the “Second Amendment Preservation Act,” which prohibits public officers, state employees, and political subdivisions from enforcing federal acts, laws, executive orders, court orders, and other edicts that transgress the right to bear arms.

Unless it allows everyone but the "criminally insane" to buy ANY gun it's pure virtue signaling.

I think criminally insane is the old term for batshit crazy

If I were a MS citizen I should be able to buy a fully auto gun of whichever variety I'd like. If I could afford it I should be able to buy a missile launcher. But I doubt that's going to be, I assume this is pure virtue signaling.
