I'm in Connecticut now and it sucks. I'm going to Idaho when we can. I am looking for 5 acres of vacant land in an area that has little to no zoning. I plan on raising chickens and rabbits and growing root vegetables. I also want to keep bees and make various products, including meade.

Sounds like a great plan. I cannot imagine living the in the northeast. When you make your escape, you are welcome to stop by as you roll your wagons west.
