So what the hell does censure actually do?
NOTHING - a public rebuke of an official. The official basically sees where some people don't like what he/she did and then carries on with their life.
MAYBE in two years people will remember these Representatives but in the meantime, they'll still make a few millions shekels.

For the general public, not much. For the legislature in question, it means that the person being censored is now persona non grata.
