Also, increasing access to the 'health insurance marketplace' is just another way of saying they're increasing enrollment of people in the federally subsidized gold and silver plans, and those people won't pay a fucking cent. All of those costs will find their way to you, the taxpayer in addition to higher healthcare costs as the subsidized demand goes up. You've been paying more for healthcare, and you'll continue to as you fund a bunch of immigrants who contribute nothing to that system. This is socialized healthcare, and there is no way around calling it that.
