That's like saying people using seatbelts can still die, so lets just get rid of seatbelts. What is it with needing to find a super polished solution that works in all cases. Did redstate turn into another kike site or something?

That's not at all what the article says. It gives two methods to use that are more likely to pass than a Term Limit amendment; both of which can be implemented much faster.
