The gist of it:
An Ohio lawmaker is preparing to introduce a proposed “Second Amendment Sanctuary State Act,” designed to nullify any gun-control measures put into place by the Biden Administration.
The legislation, based on similar bills passed in Alaska, Idaho, Kansas and Wyoming, comes as several counties in Ohio have made similar declarations.
The whole country is a 2nd amendment sanctuary enshrined clearly in the highest law of the land. If the highest law of the land cannot be preserved how could another law possibly hope to be? Only the complete destruction of the Fed can return us to a system of laws.
I think this is kinda how it will work. These states will ignore the feds, and soon they will ignore other laws. SOon enough there will be IRS tax sanctuary states, ACA mandate sanctuary states, etc
Possibly so but that will bring them in direct non compliance with the fed which at somepoint will have to react with force.
