I live in Ohio and what I can't seem to understand is why the fuck they can't get that god damn state and city income tax repealed. I fill out THREE income tax returns here. Some people have do to more, especially if they own renter homes. Pro-gun legislation gets passed easily but not repealing income taxes?

EDIT: Republican governor AND super majority Republican legislature.
