I think this is kinda how it will work. These states will ignore the feds, and soon they will ignore other laws. SOon enough there will be IRS tax sanctuary states, ACA mandate sanctuary states, etc

Possibly so but that will bring them in direct non compliance with the fed which at somepoint will have to react with force.

Is there a choice at this point? I dont really see an easy way out of this clusterfuck without some sense of white unity and push back
