this guys proposals are a complete BS. no income tax? While that's a nice idea, it's completely impractical. Also just give $2000 to people for each baby they have, this guys only goal is the genocide of white people. Get all those brown people in there, bankrupt the state and pay all the blacks and mexicans to make as many babies as possible now that white people are a minority in the state. Also that's not the role government should have in society to begin with.
