Show me this bill when you have the majority and an actual chance of passage.
Texas Senator Ted Cruz and five other Republican senators have, once again, reintroduced a constitutional amendment that would limit the number of years a person can serve in the Senate to twelve (two terms).
He's introduced it before. That doesn't mean it ever had (or has) a chance of passing.
The swamp isn't likely to vote to drain itself
