I don't really know anything about this person and don't really care whether or not "he" is put into the job. But the fact that Congress created a law disallowing military retirees from serving as SecDef within five years of retirement should mean something. This is now the second time that Congress has thumbed there nose at this law.
I guess we really shouldn't be surprised, after all, laws are just for us little people.
They've been doing it pretty regularly.
This guy was the one who was falsifying military reports for Obama, he's corrupt as hell and that is why he was chosen.
