You say that as if being a prostitute is some sort of noble and admirable profession or even real work at all. Most online companies have rules in the TOS about posting nudes or pornography and they will remove it, ban you and you could face charges for it, yet you pin this on republicans. Reddit has scrubbed many of their skin subs and FB has employed 'skin filter' algorithms in the past to analyze images to determine if they contain pornographic content. Try posting some hardcore porn on Twitter and see how long it stays up. Yeah, but let's blame the republicans for 'sex workers' being de-platformed.
