This is a very short sighted comment. You act as though he had absolute authority to build the wall. Do you remember that he had a Republican house and senate and those cucks still opposed the wall? Even with trying to move money around with executive orders and states of emergencies the money issue always had the democrat AGs suing to tie up the money for building of the wall.
Trump had momentum coming into office. But it was wasted by the Republicans, as a whole party, in addition by the reeeesistance put up by the Democrats.
Biden literally just used executive order to undo Trump's wall, lol. Without batting an eye.

That's where we start calling into question constitutionality of it all. Executive orders do not trump congress's authority to create and pass the budget. You need funding for the wall. If you remember from 2 years ago, there were lawsuits left and right when a national emergency was declared and funding was siphoned off from the military. Democratic AG's sued left and right over it.
