I dont know if Trump engineered this. but what he has done is to ensure that the military is proactive in securing the US capital for him. Not Biden. Also tactically he has ruined Biden's supposed big day. Instead of a democratic event of celebration, we have a disturbing pedo-deep-state ritual with no public allowed, surrounded by military personnel. the optics of that will look like a North Korean parade that would make Kim Jong Un blush.
