Users agree not to post calls to violence (this is not protected speech under the 1st Amendment) or specific threats of violence.
I meant he needs more pictures taken of himself. For more publicity. Maybe an address and phone number so we can contact him about it.
I understand your rules. But ALL speech is protected. All of it. Says so, right here:
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
I included the semicolon in there for a reason. Because it eternally separates speech from the restriction on assembly, and on petition.

I understand, and I won't. We still have generations of work to do, convincing the courts that all crimes must depend upon an action beyond speech itself. We're not there yet. But we'll get there one day.
