The Militia Act of 1792 required all American males to arm themselves with at least 20 rounds to have on hand when they were called up into service.
Looks like Congress might have to bring that back, tell Guardsmen that they have to bring their own box of 5.56 and mags.
Though I'm A-OK with the Guard being disarmed when it is being used for such anti-American purposes.
