I'm in, check out building houses with ICF (insulated concrete forms), use the same ICFs to build a hot tub or pool (heat the hot tub with pex tubing).
Then build a super tall hydroponic vertical farming with led grow lights. Then for the super ambitious amongst us you can build an aquaponics farm and also make some cool Koi ponds. Fill the ICf with cement, glue the outside, then attach a vapor barrier, glue again, and attach a plastic shield to capture the runoff to the french drain at the footings, then out to the a drainage area.
Then, when Toyota releases their solid state battery, use that as an off grid power source.

Aquaponics is a much better deal, because you can't guarantee you'll be able to secure the concentrated nutrients for hydroponics if the world goes to hell in a handbasket.
