Rural land is around $3000 an acre in most states. Get together will a dozen friends and by a 100 acre compound /retreat Thats about $200 a month each. Grow Christmas trees and make it a business for the tax writeoff. Leave the cities to the niggers illegals and liberals they deserve each other..

Look around. I wanted a retreat. It's 60 miles outside a major metropolitan area where I work and live. I got 10 acres for $40,000. Someone was behind on their property taxes and wanted out before they lost it to the bank. I bought it for 30% under market.
