Insulation on the outside? I wonder how that's going to look. That means you aren't going to be running the cheap fiberglass stuff or that would get wet and moldy.
yeah, this 'exterior' insulation with bare studs showing on the inside (if the drywall is taken down, or none is put in), you have to do a bang up job putting up the exterior water barrier sheathing spot on.
