couple things I try to do 1. use cash, depletes the supply of debt that banks can lend to put more people into debt. It also stops paying the .35 transaction bank fees every time you buy something. Don't pay bank fees (its like an extra tax) if you don't have to, that's stupid. It also turns your bank statement into a tracking list of everywhere you go and when you were there. 2. Don't eat out- if you buy food hot, you pay sales tax. if you buy food and cook at home, no sales tax. 3. Keep savings in your HAND. Precious metals, or crypto in your own wallet, not something that can be manipulated by some cloud service or taken from a bank.
